• Provide all aspects of personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding clients
• Provide medication reminders to clients via bubble packs/Medicine boxes
• Measure / record clients’ intake/output
• Assist clients in transferring, ambulation
• Clean rooms/makes beds
• Converse with clients to provide assurance
• Follow nursing Care Plans carefully
• Transport clients to appointments, community activities, shopping
• Prepare meals and clean up
• Light Housekeeping
• Perform medical follow up with exercise routines

Fees:
$30/hour  –  CNA Services
$50 /hour – RN Services
Services provided by a registered nurse available upon request.
