Claudette Moloney, MA
I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (and licensed Special Education teacher) with lots of current experience. I am committed to supporting individuals with a variety of challenges to live life as fully as possible by providing them with compassionate personal care and dynamic enrichment activities.
I have strong interpersonal skills and am able to forge positive relationships with a wide variety of people. I provide person-centered care, catering to the unique needs and interests of my clients.
It truly is my joy to assist people with a variety of challenges in reaching their fullest potential , helping them be as independent as possible by providing all facets of person-centered care including bathing, dressing and feeding clients. I also like to run errands, cook, and complete light housekeeping tasks like laundry, dishes, etc.
Transporting people to medical appointments, I use the time to get to know my clients better while providing a needed service. If there is an interest, I am creative about helping my clients access all that our greater community has to offer in the way of social, recreational and educational opportunities.
When I work with people, I address all their needs, not just their physical ones by sharing a variety of resources: craft materials, books, music and activities that can be tailored to suit individual interests. My background as a teacher is one of the things sets me apart as a remarkable caregiver.
